Pass Christian Middle School Homecoming Queen:
Miss Heaven Maurice
Pass Christian Middle School crowned Heaven Maurice as Homecoming Queen 2015. She is the daughter of Victor and Keturah Maurice. Heaven has been awarded the Rising Star Award with the Boys and Girls Club and competed two years in a row at the Jr. Olympics with the Youth Xpress Track Club. She is a member of the Pass High Volleyball Team, Pass Middle Basketball Team, The Boys and Girls Club, the captain and choreographer of the Golden Girls Dance Team, and a member of Jr. Civitan. Heaven was escorted by her mother, Keturah Maurice.
Eighth Grade Homecoming Maids:
Miss Emily Crawford
Emily Crawford is the daughter of Mike and Carolyn Crawford. She has been on the Superintendent's Honor Roll for both the 6th and 7th grades. Emily has been selected as Student of the Month twice and has received the Citizenship Award and two Teacher’s Choice Awards. She currently attends Holy Family Church in Pass Christian. Emily was escorted by her father, Mike Crawford.
Miss Taylor Necaise
Taylor Necaise is the daughter of Craig and Mandie Necaise. She has received Honor Roll every year. She is an alter server at Annunciation Catholic Church and has been a member of the CYO for two years. She has participated in dance for the past twelve years and represented the 6th grade class as a Homecoming Maid. Taylor is also a member of the Pass High Volleyball Team. Taylor was escorted by her father, Craig Necaise.
Miss Hannah Rutledge
Hannah Rutledge is the daughter of Steve and Susan Rutledge. In 6th grade, Hannah earned A/B Honor Roll, Star Performance, and was Most Outstanding Woodwind in beginner band in the 6th grade. In 7th grade, she earned all A Honor Roll, GCBDA District Honor Band, Cheerleader Scholar Athlete, Most Valuable Distance Runner in PCMS Girls Track, and the Coca Cola Award. Hannah is a member of the Bel-Aire Baptist Church in Gulfport. She is the Leader in Training at Bel-Aire Baptist AWANA and the Youth Choir at her church. Currently, Hannah plays the flute in the PCMS Band and runs for the PCMS Track and Cross Country Teams. Hannah was escorted by her father, Steve Rutledge.
Miss Mina Tran
Mina Tran is the daughter of Carter and Tram Tran. She has earned Honor Roll every year and has participated in Beta Club in the 5th and 7th grades. Mina runs track and also received a track award. Mina is a member of the PCMS Band and plays the baritone. She is a member of the Student Council and a high school band helper for the Pass High Marching Band. She is a member of the Holy Parish Catholic Church. Mina was escorted by her father, Carter Tran.
Seventh Grade Homecoming Maids:
Miss Kayla Gaines
Kayla Gaines is the daughter of Andrea Francois. She has been awarded 6th grade Student of the Month for responsibility. She is a member of the PCMS Band and plays the flute. She attends her church every Sunday. Kayla was escorted by her brother, Tyson Gaines.
Miss Mackenzie Lacy
Mackenzie Lacy is the daughter of Ray and Mandy Lacy. She has earned Honor Roll, Student of the Month, and Best Role Model in the 5th grade. She is a member of the PCMS Band and plays the flute and oboe. She is also a member of Journey, Beta Club, Junior Civitan, and the Good Morning Pirates news team. She is a member of her church choir and Wings Performing Arts. Mackenzie was escorted by her father, Ray Lacy.
Miss Joy Thornton
Joy Thornton is the daughter of Xavier and LaWanda Thornton. Joy represented the 6th grade on the PCMS Homecoming Court last year. She enjoys dancing and has attended Diane Desporte Dance Company since she was three years old. She is a member of Wings Performing Arts for six years and takes piano and voice lessons at Gulf Coast School of Music. Joy is also a member of the women’s choir at Gulf Coast School of Music. She is an active member of several clubs: Girl Scout Troop 7108, Ivy League Leadership Youth Group, Our Mother of Mercy altar server, Youth Choir, Praise Dance, Jr. Daughter Church Group, and Jr. Civitan. She has been awarded Honor Roll and received various awards throughout elementary and middle school. She is also a member of the PCMS Band and plays the trombone. Joy was escorted by her father, Xavier Thornton.
Miss Taylor Tinsley
Taylor Tinsley is the daughter of Mitch and Mary Tinsley. She is a member of the PCMS Band and plays the saxophone. She is also a member of Jr. Civitan and Journey. Taylor has been awarded Superintendent’s Honor Roll, Teacher’s Choice Award, and Most Improved in band. She also participates in the Girl Scouts. Taylor was escorted by her father, Mitch Tinsley.
Sixth Grade Homecoming Maids:
Miss Taylor Gibson
Taylor Gibson is the daughter of Jason and Rachel Gibson. She has earned the Highest Social Studies Average Award, Student of the Month, Bravo Award, Superintendent’s Honor Roll, and Most Likely to Succeed. She has volunteered for the nursery at her church and is a member of the competitive cheer squad for Gulf Coast. She is also a member of the PCMS Student Council, Journey, Jr. Civitan, and a library aide. Taylor was escorted by her father, Jason Gibson.
Miss Kami Posey
Kami Posey is the daughter of Lane and Tisha Posey. She has earned many awards such as Honor Roll in the 5th grade, Class Favorite, Cutest Smile in the 5thgrade, Social Butterfly Award, and participated in the Sea Perch Underwater Robotics and Stem activities. She is a member of the Jr. Civitan Club and has been a member of the Beta Club. Kami was selected for the competitive travel cheer team with Cheerzone. She has danced for six years, and this is her first year to be on the competitive travel IMPACT team with the Dance Company. She is also a library aide and a member of Journey. Kami was escorted by her father, Lane Posey.
Miss Kealey Skinner
Kealey Skinner is the daughter of Kentucky and Natalie Skinner. She has earned the Dupont Award, 5th grade Class Favorite, Superintendent’s Honor Roll, Student of the Month, and Vice President of Beta Club. Kealey is an alter server at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church and a member of the number one U-12 Soccer Team, FCU Quickshots. She is a member of the PCMS Student Council, Journey, Jr. Civitan, and a library aide. Kealey was escorted by her father, Kentucky Skinner.
