School Day Insurance Provider

Pass Christian Public School District has an option for parents to choose Voluntary Coverage for their students for the school year 2021-2022.

To take a look at the rates and coverages available, simply download the Student Accident Brochure document below.  Once you decide which coverage fits the needs for you and your child, fill out the Enrollment Application on page 4 of the document and mail it, along with your payment to the address on the application.
