School Day Insurance Provider

Parents, or guardians, may choose Voluntary Accident Coverage for their students for the 2024-2025 school year.

To take a look at the rates and coverages available, simply download the Student Accident Brochure document below.  Once you decide which coverage fits the needs for you and your child, fill out the Enrollment Application on page 4 of the document and mail it, along with your payment to the address on the application.
