FAMILIES FIRST CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE ACT (FFCRA)
Please see the attachment below of rights to expanded paid sick leave and expanded paid Family and Medical Leave Act leave under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), signed into law on March 18, effective on April 1, 2020.
Pass Christian Public School District is a covered employer under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The district allows eligible employees to take FMLA leave in accordance with the Family and Medical Leave Act. When possible, employees must give a 30-days' advance notice of the need for FMLA leave.
